Feel-Good Fitness works in collaboration with Brian Maggs at Elevate Esteem Training, located at Toronto/Carey Bay Scout Hall. Here, there is a large indoor and outdoor space, with a range of classes. We have come to work in partnership, because our philosophies and values regarding fitness and health align. Together, Feel-Good Fitness and Elevate Esteem are committed to providing movement and fitness opportunities to marginalised groups in the community. We visit services, and also invite them to our space at Toronto. If you know of an organisation who would be interested in finding out more, please let us know - we would love to offer the fun of fitness to as many people as possible.
Clients are welcome to use NDIS funding if plan-managed or self-managed.
